Prenatal Protection Act
Did you know that a cruel attacker of a pregnant woman who causes her baby's death CANNOT be charged with murder in the state of Texas? HB 682 would correct this injustice. Ask your legislators to support HB 682.

A PUBLIC HEARING is planned for Wednesday, April 7 on all immunization bills:
JHB 1347 by Green allows parents to exempt their children from certain immunizations, rather than the State requiring ALL of them for EVERY child.
JHB 1381 by Isett relates to the Texas immunization registry.
JHB 2722 by Hupp relates to registry and reporting requirements.
LHB 3036 by Smithee circumvents parental involvement in immunizations.
LHB 3254 by Maxey preempts parents’ rights in the name of public health.
